Service Description

Our lives are chaotic because we are all so busy all of the time. The focus for this workshop is grounding and being mindful, respite for a day in this crazy world of ours. We will write, paint, create, meditate, and ground in a safe space with crazy, laughing women. We will explore our core values and create a map into more calm woven into our daily chaos.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel attendance in a class, notice is required a week prior to the class and each class has a $100 non-refundable deposit. Any time in the week preceding a class, cancellation will incur the full cost of the class. To reschedule a private session, at least 24 hours notice is required. You may reschedule once without penalty. After this, the session will be cancelled with no refund. There are no refunds for cancelled private sessions.
